Last month I shared another section of the mushroom coloring page so you're not seeing double! This time I've paired it with different printed cardstocks, sentiments, and cording instead of threads. There is still more left of the coloring page which means readers will be seeing more 'shrooms sometime in 2024.

scanned and cropped photo 2 shows the depth of the flower clip:

I discovered this mushroom variety page in an adult coloring book of gardening topics!!! I tried to coordinate it with colors and prints that look outdoors, woodland. And the layered burlap flower accent is a hidden paperclip base was plain when received as an extra during a recent swap from a junk journaling FB group. I added orange and red ink to the burlap petals and then used a white paint marker pen to add dots to the floral center.

What: FQGS #6 Reminder Post

When: Midway Point is July 21 and #6 ends on August 5 at 1am CT/Chicago. 

Announcement for a time change in August and on. The August 7th post will open at 12am CT/Chicago. I'm/Becca returning to teaching and have a bit earlier school day start plus a 30 minute commute one way, so I need to adjust my DT commitments a bit earlier. I tend to be more of a night owl than an early bird but teaching requires/forces me to be more of an early bird! :)

FQGS #5 challenge June 2023 announcement for Top Shelf Picks

  Top Shelf Picks Announcement for FQGS Theme #5

 Whoa! Theme #5 for FarmQuest General Store challenge blog is no longer accepting deliveries of crafted projects! :)

At 1:00am CT/Chicago or 7 am UK times on July 5, FQGS closed for business for challenge #5. We are excited to be having good participation for being a new challenge blog. Please help us grow! Let your craft blogging friends know about this fun blog!

Theme #1 had 10 entries!! #2 had 27. #3 had 16 entries. #4 had 18 entries! #5 had 19 entries!

There was a great group of projects of cards and art journals, and scrapbook formats. Topics ranged from farm and forest animals, flowers, fruits, birds, fencing, kitchen tools, mushrooms, hunting, and more! I'm loving the variety and glad our FQGS participants are embracing the broadness of country/rural topics we want to see!
